chalets are in the pleasant landscaped site of Sussex
Beach. The
unspoiled pebble/wet sand beach in only 3 minutes walk from
the beach gate.
The cost of having a chalet here reflects the quality of the
area. The annual maintenance, ground rent to Sussex Beach about
£3,443 in January 2008.
The council community charge at present allows 10% discount
on a second home and you can apply for a refund for the closed
period.
The site is open from the 1st March until the 1 November. You
are allowed to rent these chalets out for holiday purpose only
either privately or through an approved agent such as Windrush
Holidays.
 Maximum
persons in or around a 1 bedroom is 4 and a 2 bedroom is 6.
